Prices per week *
Our prices are based on a stay with two persons. Do you want to visit our house with more than two persons? For more than two guests we ask an additional amount of 3 euros per person per night.
Preseason:
From April 30th till July 1st 2022: o 549 euros per week, based on two persons.
Season:
From July 2nd till August 26th 2022: 599 euros per week, based on two persons.
Postseason:
From August 27th till September 30th 2022: 549 euros per week, based on two persons.
If your reservation is canceled due to travel restrictions by Corona, you can cancel free of charge and we will refund your deposit.
Casa Stiano is basically rented for a whole week (or several weeks) from Saturday 17.00 hrs. pm to Saturday 10.00 hrs. am the following week. If you have other needs, let us know. We are always willing to think along with you. The price for your pet is 20 euros per week on top of the rent.
* These prices include the use of bed linnen, towels, energy and water. These prices do not include the stay of your pet.
Do you want to book or do you need additional information?
If you want to book or would like to receive additional information, please send us an and we will get in touch with you. If you want to book, you will receive a booking form and our terms and conditions. As soon as you have returned us your booking form, you will receive an invoice for a deposit of 15% of the total rent. The rest of the rent should be payed at least three weeks before your date of arrival. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment amount of the deposit is credited into our bank account. You can also ask us for an option to apply for one or more weeks. This option remains valid for 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with you.
